Shipping policy

Essential sections:

• Processing time — how long before an order is dispatched (e.g. 1-3 business days)
• Shipping methods & timeframes — standard, express, international options with estimated delivery times
• Shipping costs — flat rates, free shipping thresholds, or carrier-calculated rates
• Countries you ship to — be explicit about which regions you cover
• Duties & taxes for international orders — clarify whether prices include duties (DDP) or if customers pay on delivery (DAP). This is especially important if you're shipping to the EU or US
• Lost or damaged parcels — what happens and how customers should contact you

Good to include for fitness/dropshipping:

• Longer delivery estimates if products ship from a supplier (set realistic expectations upfront — this reduces chargebacks and complaints)
• A note that delivery times may vary by product if items ship from different locations
